The Creative Reset is a 14-day course designed to help you return to your creativity without waiting for life to calm down.

It’s for the season where you feel disconnected from making.
Where you want to create, but time feels limited, your energy is low, and the pressure to “do it properly” keeps getting in the way.

This isn’t about becoming more productive or turning your creativity into a business.
It’s about finding your way back to creating in a way that fits your real life.

Through short daily lessons, simple prompts, and honest conversations, you’ll learn how to let creativity sit beside your life, not outside it.

No perfect routine.
No big blocks of time required.
No pressure to be good.

Just a gentle, practical way to begin again.

If you’re here, it probably feels like this:

You used to create more.

Or maybe you’ve always wanted to… but life just kept filling the space.

Kids. Work. Mental load. Exhaustion.
That feeling of I’ll do it when things calm down.

But things don’t calm down.

And somewhere along the way, creativity started to feel… far away.

Or heavy.

Or like something you’ve missed your chance at.

A person sitting at a wooden table reading a book, with a latte in a black cup, a glass of water, salt shaker, and other condiments on the table. The person is wearing a striped shirt, and there are notebooks and pens on the table, along with a sketch of a person's face in one notebook.

✨ What this is

A 14-day creative reset to help you:

  • Start creating again (without needing hours of time)

  • Let go of the pressure to be “good”

  • Reconnect with creativity in a way that actually fits your life

  • Feel like yourself again

✨ What this is not

  • A step-by-step art course

  • A “how to go viral” strategy

  • A productivity challenge

You don’t need more pressure.

You need permission.

This is not another course telling you to do more.

This is not about becoming more productive.
Or turning your creativity into a business.
Or waking up at 5am and sticking to a perfect routine.

This is about coming back to yourself.

Created by and Artist who has been there herself and found a way back.

Gently.
Honestly.
In the middle of your actual life.

What it actually looks like

  • Short daily videos (10–15 mins, real life, no fluff)

  • Simple creative prompts (that take 5–15 mins)

  • Permission slips when your brain gets loud

  • Stories from my own life (the messy, honest version)

You can do this:

  • while your kids are having a snack

  • at a café

  • in the car (voice notes count)

  • at the end of the day when you’re tired

This is designed for real life. Not ideal life.

Various colorful paintings of vases with mushrooms, flowers, and abstract designs on paper, along with a palette of watercolor paint swatches, set on a wooden table.
A watercolor painting of an outdoor scene with trees, tables, and umbrellas, possibly a café or park setting, in a sketchbook placed on a wooden table.

Her art supplies, such as paint tubes, brushes, and a palette, are scattered on the table in front of her. Behind her, there are several colorful paintings and an easel.

A note from me

I didn’t create this course from a quiet studio.

I wrote it at the dining table.
On my phone between school drop-offs.
In sketchbooks that doubled as emotional dumping grounds.
During seasons where creativity disappeared and had to be gently found again.

I know what it feels like to think:

“Maybe this just isn’t realistic for my life.”

This is proof that it is.
