Schools, Teachers & Organisations
Unless specifically stated otherwise, digital products purchased from Sam W Studio are not licensed for classroom, school, organisational or group use.
If you would like to use a resource with multiple students, staff members or participants, please contact Sam W Studio to discuss licensing options.
Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or email.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure their device is capable of accessing the purchased files.
If you experience difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Refunds
Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital product delivery, refunds are generally not available for:
Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Incorrect product selection
Failure to read the product description
