Mindful & Wellbeing Workshops

  • 1-3 hours

  • A calming, creative workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect and express yourself through art. Perfect for workplaces, wellness groups, educators or anyone craving mindfulness.
    What’s included:

    • Choice of workshop style: Zentangles, Mandala Art, Intuitive Mixed Media, Collage, or Mini Art Books

    • All art supplies + quality paper

    • Relaxed, step-by-step creative flow

    • Gentle guidance focused on wellbeing and creative release

    • A take-home piece or series of artworks

    • Optional mindfulness warm-ups or journalling

School & Childcare Incursions

  • 1–2 hours (or aligned to your school/daycare timetable)

  • I believe art is one of the most powerful ways for children to explore their imagination, curiosity and sense of wonder. Creative play supports fine and gross motor skills, encourages problem-solving and gives children an opportunity to express themselves in ways words often can’t.

    My School & Childcare Art Incursions guide children through their own creative journey while building foundational visual art skills. Each session is designed to introduce age-appropriate techniques such as line, colour, texture, pattern, form and space, all wrapped in fun, movement and hands-on discovery.

    Activities are tailored to your curriculum, themes or age group. Children might explore colour mixing, collage, nature-inspired art, expressive painting, or storybook-linked projects. Every session encourages independence, confidence and creative thinking while introducing them to the rich world of contemporary and historical art.

Collaborative Art Session

  • 1-hour private collaborative painting session (allow 1.5 hours total with setup/pack-down).

  • A creative group experience where your tribe comes together to paint a large shared artwork. Perfect for families, bridal parties, staff nights or any group wanting a memorable, joy-filled activity.

    Includes:

    • 2.5m × 1.2m un-stretched canvas

    • All paints, tools, brushes + aprons/smocks

    • On-site setup at your home or chosen venue

    • Guided creative process to help your group connect and create

    • Clean-up included

    • Recommendations for local framing after your session

    • Customised colour palette and intention setting before the day

    You’ll walk away with a unique collaborative artwork that reflects your shared story, energy and connection.

Children Art Parties

  • 1.5–2 hours (activity length tailored to age group)
    Allow extra time for setup and pack-down.

    Children’s Art Parties are fun, personalised creative experiences designed to make your little artist’s celebration unforgettable. Perfect for ages 4–12, each party is tailored to your theme, group size and creative interests.

    Kids dive into hands-on artmaking, exploring colour, texture and imagination while creating their very own masterpiece to take home. I bring all materials, set everything up, guide the creative process and take care of the clean-up leaving you free to enjoy the celebration.

    What’s included:

    • Fully customised art activity to match your party theme

    • All paints, tools, brushes, craft materials etc.

    • A canvas or craft surface for each child

    • Aprons/smocks (though “messy play” clothes are still recommended!)

    • Guided creative instruction in a fun, encouraging environment

    • On-site setup and pack-down

    • Travel within the Toowoomba region (additional fees for surrounding areas)

    Theme Ideas:

    • Canvas Paintings: rainbows, unicorns, animals, sunsets, flowers, landscapes — any theme your child loves

    • Craft Parties: decorated sneakers, rainbow or boho wall hangings, paint-a-pot, jewellery making, mini soft sculptures (mermaids, rainbows, bears, etc.)

    Your child and their guests will have a joyful, expressive celebration filled with creativity and leave proudly holding something they made themselves.
